Returns and Faulty Goods

Hopefully you will be completely satisfied with the items you ordered, however, should there be a problem then please view the guidance below. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can return any unwanted goods free of charge. Items should be unused, complete, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. The goods should be returned complete with a completed returns authorisation form and copy of the original invoice. All goods are returned at the customer's cost and appropriately packaged.

Please Note - Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not cover any non-stock goods specified by the customer and bought in at their request.

Specials or Non-Stock Items

If the goods were ordered in at the customer's request and the customer wishes to return them, please contact our sales department on 01592 655565. Please Note - The supplier or manufacturer may not accept returns or may apply a handling charge.

Damaged Goods or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

Please ensure that any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are examined promptly on receipt and that we are informed within 24 hours. On receipt of your notification we will raise a returns authorisation and the goods should be returned to us within 14 days. Items should be unused, complete, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. The goods should be returned at your cost, appropriately insured and with proof of shipping. We will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit. Providing these terms have been complied with we will, subject to our terms and conditions, refund all reasonable costs in returning the goods and will replace the incorrect or damaged goods free of charge.

Faulty Goods

If the goods were from our normal stock and purchased within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period then you can return the goods free of charge and a replacement will be supplied. The goods should be returned complete with a completed returns authorisation and copy of the original invoice. The goods should be returned at your cost, appropriately insured and with proof of shipping. We will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit. Providing these terms have been complied with we will, subject to our terms and conditions, refund all reasonable costs in returning the goods and will replace the incorrect or damaged goods free of charge.

If the goods were bought out-with the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period or were non-stock goods ordered in at the customer's request then the Manufacturer's warranty will apply. Initially you should check if the manufacturer has a helpline, repair or warranty service. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and if they instruct you to return the goods to your supplier then: The goods should be returned complete with a completed returns authorisation and copy of the original invoice. We will contact the manufacturer and have them inspect, repair or replace the goods on your behalf.
